We are seeking Volunteers for our busy Welfare Call Centre who have excellent verbal communication skills, a passion for customer service and a desire to work within the mission, vision and values of the Society. Our Welfare Call Centre team’s main focus is to provide a high quality experience to those who are reaching out to the Society for assistance. No day is the same in our thriving Welfare Call Centre. You will be answering calls, completing data entry into our Microsoft Access Database and liaising with your Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
Our Call Centre operates five days a week, Monday to Friday. We require Volunteers who are available from 9.45am – 3.15pm, with the ability to commit to a minimum of one shift a week for a period of at least six months.
It takes dedicated and compassionate people to provide support to the Welfare Call Centre which provides hope to families across the Melbourne metropolitan area. We do this by respecting their dignity, sharing our hope and encouraging them to take control of their destiny.

Applicants must be available to attend a 45 minute information session via Zoom on Monday, 17th January, 2022 at 11am. Successful applicants will then be invited to attend a full day training session onsite in Box Hill on Thursday, January 19.
