VINNIES ELECTRICAL TEST AND TAG PROGRAM - VOLUNTEERS WANTED!
VOLUNTEER WITH US, BECAUSE GOOD WORKS!
As part of our strong commitment to re-use, recycle and reduce land fill in Victoria, Vinnies are the go to place to donate your good quality used electrical, in order for us to give it another life.
We are seeking interested people who would like to be part of our “green team” that focuses on testing and tagging donated electrical items for sale in our shops. Join the team and receive a validated Certificate of Competency – making you a qualified Tester and Tagger for Electronic Goods!
Who: New volunteers to join our team at the Vinnies Shops
When: Immediately! We need you more than ever.
Where: We are looking for volunteers all over Victoria!
Requirements:
- Take part of the online training course.
- Ability to commit to volunteering 5 hours per week on a regular basis.
- Familiarity with electronics, electrical items, and a passion for saving them from landfill.
- A Police Check is required before you commence, arranged and paid for by Vinnies.
Be part of our green team, and help us hit our target of 150,000 electrical items sold in one year.
